Check in was smooth and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We purchased the $10 breakfast coupon not expecting much. Dana was server and she was helpful, friendly, and funny! Brenda, the cook, was also very nice and friendly. If you eat breakfast I would highly recommend getting the breakfast Coupon as the servings are very large and you can also get food from the breakfast bar as well. The rooms were clean. We only had one bar of soap on arrival to the room and had to ask for more. The bathroom felt a bit cramped as well, but it was clean.I did notice the quilt had a stain on it, but the sheets smelled freshly washed. I wish there was a mirror on the bathroom wall that extends so you can do your makeup. Overall it was a good experience.

Ashley, Damain and Trevar were super friendly. All of them had smiles on their face and the service was great! The bar had ice cold beers! Also, the rooms are very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful, helpful courteous, kind they were just so good. You hired a good bunch of people the girl at the front desk Laurie she was so sweet and had a great personality. She is certainly a credit to your hotel. I would stay here again anytime thank you.

Great location. Friendly staff from the front desk to our server, Avril; along with the General Manager, Heather! She certainly was a welcoming team member and made our stay comfortable! She definitely cares about her staff and guests having spoken with her on a few occasions throughout our stay. Restaurant was not only convenient but delicious. Shuttle service offered to the downtown area where they have a theater, restaurants, shops and bars!! Definitely returning in the future.

This is a very nice hotel. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Avril, Trevar, and Damaine for going above and beyond! Food is also very delicious at the bar! Definitely would stay here again!

Ashley Damian and Trevar are the best. I come here frequently and always come to the restaurant bar to say hi. They always remember me ask it feels like extended family. Literally my favorite hotel!
